General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Contracting Party

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store www.chipoktli.eu.
The contracting party is the operator of the website (see Legal Notice at the end of this document).

 

Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store www.chipoktli.eu, regardless of whether the buyer is a consumer or a business.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
A business is a natural or legal person or a legally responsible partnership that acts in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

 

Conclusion of Contract

The product presentations in the online store do not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, the customer submits a binding order for the items in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded once we confirm the order via email or dispatch the goods.

 

Prices and Payment

All prices on www.chipoktli.eu are in euros and include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.
Payment is made through the available methods: Shopify Payments (including credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. Payment is due upon order confirmation.

 

 Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Germany and will soon expand to other European countries.
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days within Germany and 4–7 business days across Europe.
We use DHL, DPD, UPS. Shipping costs depend on weight and destination. Free shipping applies above a certain order value.

 

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Opened food products cannot be returned. Refunds are issued after receiving and inspecting the product.
This right does not apply to businesses.

 

 Terms of Use

This website may only be used for lawful purposes. Unauthorized copying of content, fraudulent orders, or unauthorized system access are strictly prohibited.

 

Availability & Substitutes

All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we may cancel and refund it or, with customer approval, offer a substitute.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies. For businesses, the place of jurisdiction is Munich. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country apply.

 

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes apply only to future orders.

 

Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For minor negligence, we are liable only for damage to life, body, health, or breach of essential contractual obligations.
